What happens if I exceed Free plan limits?
You'll get a notification. Upgrade to Pro to keep collecting. Your existing data stays safe — nothing is deleted.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts. Cancel and you drop to Free at the end of your billing period. You keep your data.
What counts as a response?
A completed submission. Partial responses don't count. Pro has no response caps for typical usage.
Are there really no limits on Pro?
Most teams will never hit a boundary. If you're operating at very high scale, we offer volume plans — no surprise cutoffs.
