By accessing or using SignalForm (the "Service"), operated by PM Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SignalForm is a web-based platform that allows users to create, publish, and manage forms and surveys, and to collect and analyze responses.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Collect personal data without proper consent or legal basis
• Send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the forms you create and the data you collect through the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring that it complies with applicable laws, including data protection and privacy regulations.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is owned by PM Labs LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period after termination.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PM LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PM Labs LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
