Analytics

Understand how your forms are performing.

Opening analytics

From the form editor, click Analytics in the top navigation bar. You can also navigate directly to it from the dashboard by clicking the response count on any form card, then switching to the Analytics tab.

Summary metrics

The analytics page shows three headline numbers at the top:

  • Total Responses — The total number of completed submissions for this form.
  • Completion Rate — The percentage of people who started the form and submitted it. Displayed as a percentage (e.g. 74%).
  • Avg. Time — The average time respondents spend completing the form, displayed in seconds (e.g. 45s).

Responses over time

Below the summary cards, a bar chart shows response volume over the last 14 days. Each bar represents one day's submission count. Hover over a bar to see the exact date and count.

This chart helps you spot trends like traffic spikes after sharing the form, or drop-offs over time.

Interpreting the data

  • A low completion rate may mean the form is too long or confusing. Try reducing the number of questions or making some optional.
  • A high average time might indicate complex questions. Consider adding descriptions or breaking the form into simpler fields.
  • If responses drop off after a spike, the audience may have been exhausted. Consider sharing the form through a new channel.
